Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Center is housed ina office like building just a stone throw from Shanghai Museum. There isn’t a whole lot to see because the information is rather general in nature and I am not sure the city planners actually use this place to tell its citizens what they plan to do to the city.

It did have a huge scaled model which more or less show how Shanghai may look in front of our eyes.

there are several old pictures showing how Shanghai has changed from about 100 years ago.

The video screen in front of XB gives him a sense of how the view might change when he sails from the new deepwater port to Shanhai. The Yangshan Deepwater Port is about 20 miles from the coast and will cost $12 to complete. It is supported by a 20 miles long bridge, the second longest bridge in the world.

The Exhibition Center cost ¥30 to get in though.
