NASA just made a stunning discovery about how fracking fuels global warming – ThinkProgress

http://flip.it/oNDl9z

If enough Democratic presidential candidates make this a campaign issue it might just be enough to put an end to America’s growing oil productions from fracking.

Afterall, we are talking about NASA here.

If methane production from fracking isn’t curtailed, summer will get hotter, winter will get colder and human will have no place to hide from the wrath of the mother nature.

Well, with Trump in the WH and with many Republicans and Fox News viewers denying the study results and the connection between methane and the rise of global temperature, America will be responsible for another catastrophy just around the corner.

In 2009, America and American elites took the world for suckers and the world body didn’t do anything to punish the U.S. government.

This time around, shouldn’t something be done to make the guilty party pay and punish the guilty ones?

Question: Who dare to do this to the president of the United States of America?

Answer: Ryan and McConnell with help fron Schumer and Pelosi.

How: Forced Trump to sign the Omnibus Spending Bill passed by the Republican-controlled Congress.

What’s so special about this bill:

  • It’s 2,200-page long and no one in Congress has bothered to read it.
  • The WH had said Trump would sign it, then said he might veto it, then said he’s not happy about it and then said he would sign it.

  • Schumer got funding for a tunnel from NJ to NYC. Planned Parenthood got $500 million. JFK Center awarded $40 million. EPA budget at all time high.

  • The USA is good for six more months.
  • Defense funding up by $80 bn: a lot of borrowing for a bankrupted country: the USA.
  • It doesn’t address the fate of Dreamers.
  • It doesn’t fund Trump’s wall. The $1.6bn approved by the Congress is for repairing existing wall and building a new 33 mile long fencing or levees. No money for Trump’s concrete wall.
  • It was clearly a defeat for Trump no matter how Trump spin it. But he said that he’ll never sign another one like this again.

  • Bottom line: Beltway swamp won. Trump lost. Fisical Conservative lost.

Another perspective on Climate Change December 30, 2015

Many people listen to liberal media and think global warming is caused by CO2 emission from human activities over the past few decades. However, earth has gone through several cycles of temperature change when human wasn’t even around.

Just take some time and listen to what this person has to say:

It doesn’t hurt to know some facts.

Many people, including Gore, made billions from the global warming hoax.

What’s Kerry up to? March 9, 2014

First of all, Kerry isn’t the brightest secretary of state in the world. Amid the Ukraine crisis, he is demanding all US ambassadors to make climate change a priority.

Here is the headline on CNN website:

John Kerry: Climate change as big a threat as terrorism, poverty, WMDs

http://www.cnn.com/2014/02/16/politics/kerry-climate/

Don’t you think that the timing is a bit strange? How come Ukraine isn’t the top priority now?

Here is why:

There are many crises in the world and the once all-mighty United States and the incompetent Obama have no solution to any of them: Ukraine, Russia, Syria, Iran, Egypt, Israel, China, Japan, Afghanistan and Iraq. And don’t forget Obamacare and rising national debt in the US too. In short, Obama doesn’t want Ukraine to be the topic on Sunday’s TV talk shows.

So what do Obama do? Divert people’s attention to something else and ask Kerry for ideas.

voilà

Kerry is going to discuss climate change from now on. No Ukraine. Climate change is bigger than WMD.

What Obama and Kerry really want to say is that Ukraine is not our problem. We really don’t give it a damn who takes what there.

Electric Bikes January 17, 2011

Nowadays in Shanghai, we hardly can hear bikes coming from behind because most of them are powered by electricity instead of gasoline.

if I have to guess, I’ll say that only 5% of the bikes on the road were still powered by gasoline. The number may be even smaller because almost all we saw was battery powered.

There are still too many of them on the road though. They have replaced bicycles of the 80’s.

They can go as fast as 20 miles per hour and have help to minimize CO2 emission into the atmosphere.China still has to more because the sky in Shanghai was still cloudy most of the time.

In contrast, almost all bikes in Taipei are still powered by gasoline.

Tree huggers should buy GM VOLT July 29, 2010

GM’s behind-the-scene CEO Obama should issue an executive order to ask every self-proclaimed tree hugger to purchase a new VOLT from Obama Motor Company. The price tag: $41,000. However, the tree huggers pay $33,500. We pay for the other $7,500 in the form of tax credit. With the purchase of the new VOLT, the tree huggers will get a bumper sticker which says: “A die-hard tree hugger on board”

Why not? It protects the environment and it gets excellent “gas mileage.”  Even though you only get 40 miles per charge and the VOLT takes 3 to 4 hours to recharge, you are making a statement. And more importantly you are using other people’s money to make the statement.

You do have a gasoline-powered engine under the hood if you want to go further.

We may need to build more coal-fired power plants if there are  too many VOLTs on the road. But that’s someone else’s problem.

This news just came out from Penn State today:

Al Gore is the lead investigator looking into whether Michael E. “Hockey Stick” Mann violated academic standards in his award-winning research in global warming.

The other distinguish team members include Phil Jones, James Hansen and Rajendra Pachauri.

The team members each will be paid a cool sum of $1,000,000 cash, tax free of course. Al Gore’s fee was not disclosed though.

The panel’s report will be published online tomorrow.

Hmm, a few questions about the inconvenient lies:

Who were the graduate students of Hockey Stick Mann?

Did anyone interview them?
