Tropicana has changed after filing for bankruptcy twice. It has reduced the number of slots. Drastically cut down numbers of table games. Added a huge bar and dance floor in the middle of the casino. Close down several losing businesses along the long walkway to the parking garage. And last but not the least, it added several restaurants and closed down a few too.

Broadway Burger was one of the new restaurants at Tropicana. The one which got closed was Red Square.

Since we liked the chopped salad at Hurrah’s McCormick, we ordered another one at Broadway Burger’s. It is fancier than the one at McCormick and it had a lot more ingredients that the one served at McCormick.

It might have 10 different ingredients.

Burgers, Burgers and more burgers.

It also serves breakfast and they look great. Put it on the list for restaurants to try. Beats $7 funnel cake.

We also ordered a cup of French Onion soup which was very well done with rich beef stock.

Great taste!

The quesadillas was way bigger than what I had expected. It had big chucks of chicken and lots of vegetables. The tortilla was great too.

Could I have some cilantro, please?

Since there were too many burgers to choose from, we decided on a sliders which was the right size for us. It came with crispy fries, a house salad and coleslaw; all very good.

Look at them fries. McDonald's used to have fries this good. It must have done in lard or shortening. I will skip the sliders next time.

The restaurant was very busy and we had to wait for 20 minutes for a table on a Thursday night in the July 4th week. The restaurant must be a hit for Tropicana gamblers and kids alike. We saw two big tables each with seven or eight kids.

非常熱鬧。
