A bad idea and a terrible deal for the ones who ask for $15/hr minimum salary flipping burgers at McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Burger Kings, Domino’s and KFC.

Let’s play it out, shall we?

You WIN and you get your $15.

Owner raise burger prices by $2.

Fewer people come to McDonald’s, Burger King, etc.

Owner lays off your colleague because business slows down.

Still fewer customers.

Owners begin to lose money.

Owners can’t make rent payments as business continue to slack.

Landlords close down stotes.

Owner declares bankruptcy.

You are out of a job.

You are then on the  uuemployment line making $280 a week.

Other burger joints raise their burger prices due to less competition.

Everyone loses.

You can’t afford to eat burgers because you are not working at a burger joint anymore.

All because of you fight for $15.

Bad idea. Don’t do it.

Go get an education for your own sake.

Or you can mop floors for $7.50 an hour.

At least you still have free Obamacare, food stamp and disability benefit.

I thought the United States is the land of opportunities. It was when I came here and many others who came after me.

Not anymore.
